WAINWRIGHT, AK — On Thursday, June 9, 2022, at the regular quarterly Board meeting, Steve Segevan submitted his resignation as the OC Board Chairman, citing health reasons. The OC Board accepted his resignation from the Chairman role, but welcomed his continued service as a Director for the remainder of his term. In accordance with Board policies and bylaws pertaining to a vacancy in the office of the Chair, the OC Board unanimously selected a new Chairman. Oliver Peetook, who previously served as the OC Board Vice-Chairman and Vice-President, will serve as the Chairman.

In this new role, Chairman Peetook will preside over the Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Saturday, June 11, 2022. Verna Phillips, who previously served as OC Board Secretary, will now serve as both Secretary and Vice-Chair.
